Hi Guys!

My name is Sam Geoghegan and I'm the Education Officer of the Students' Union. What is my job, you may ask? In a nutshell, I liaise on behalf of the students with the University on - you guessed it - education related issues.

It is my job to represent you by sitting on over 40 different committees around the University, put forward policy proposals or simply dealing with any problems you may have during your time here. So, if you have any problems with coursework or just simply want a chat, I'm your man!

You'll be sick of hearig this but get involved! Be it a sports club, a society or the Students' Union, just get involved! Don't finish your time in UCD with only a degree to show for it; become editor of the newspaper, run for class rep or become auditor of a society - you won't regret it!

Anyway, that's my spiel over with! Remember, pop into me at any time. My office is in the Student Centre and I look forward to meeting you!
