Nominations are open for the full-time, paid role of Graduate Officer in UCDSU.
The Graduate Officer helps graduate students with education, welfare and student experience issues.
Sit on boards where they represent the student voice for graduates with academics and management.
Work with the Campaigns and Engagement Officer to recruit graduate class reps.
Run weekly office hours on the Smurfit Campus in Blackrock and make themselves known to all graduates across the two campuses.
Lead national campaigns that are relevant to graduate students.
Meet with postgraduate Class Reps once a semester and run two events for graduate students each semester.
Organise the career development of all students. Speak to the careers office regularly and provide information on graduate employment opportunities and graduate studies. Encourage student involvement at careers and education fairs.
If this sounds interesting to you, the good news is you do not need any previous experience. You need to be currently undertaking a postgraduate degree, higher diploma or graduate diploma in UCD.

Email the SU Returning Office by the 29th May at 6pm on email@example.com with your Name, Course and Year, Mobile Number, Email Address and Student Number.
Ask five students to nominate you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with their Name, Student Number and Course (Programme) and Year (Stage).
