Are you in favour of the following amendment to the UCD Students' Union Constitution:

Article 6.7.1 - A Constitutional Referendum shall be deemed to have passed if the majority of the

votes cast at such referendum shall have been cast in favour of the proposal, and not less than

12.5% of the members of the Union shall have cast valid votes at such referendum.

TO

Article 6.7.1 amended to read - A Constitutional Referendum shall be deemed to have passed if the

majority of the votes cast at such referendum shall have been cast in favour of the proposal and

not less than 10% of the members of the Union shall have cast valid votes at such referendum.

FOR 1825 59%

AGAINST 1267 41%

Question 2

Are you in favour of the following amendments to the UCD Students' Union Constitution:

Article 20.1 - The Class Representatives shall be elected annually in elections held in the first four

weeks of the first semester.

TO

Article 20.1 amended to read - The Class Representatives shall be elected annually in elections held

in the first four weeks of the first semester. The Union may also elect continuing Class

Representatives in the final four weeks of the second semester.

AND

Article 20.4 - No member of the Union shall be entitled to stand for election in more than one

constituency or in a constituency of which they are not a member.

TO

Article 20.4 amended to read - No member of the Union shall be entitled to stand for election in

more than one constituency.

FOR 2060 65.7%

AGAINST 1076 34.3%

ABSTAIN 255

Both referenda have failed in circumstances where less than 12.5% of members of the Union have cast a valid vote.
